A Letter to the Lord
Dear Lord,
Can you please tell the devil to get off my back? Can you also please let him know his services are no longer wanted or needed in my life?
Please Lord, my back is killing me and he is just to heavy a burden to carry. And remind him that I am tired of all his chaos and destruction in my life. Show him the way to the door and tell him he can take all of his disheartenedness, discouragement, fear and worrying with him. Advise him I might bend, but I will never break.
It's time for my storms to pass and the sun begin to shine. It's time for you,Lord, to show your amazing power and rain down blessings on me.
So let, the devil know to pack his bags and start a travelin, because all of my faith and hope rest in you.
Love Always,
Me

Psalms 23
The Lord is my shepherd: I shall not want.
2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou are with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

My Top 10 Halloween Movies
I am the type that can not resist a good scary movie. I must be honest this list is composed of more older than newer movies. As cheesy as it sounds I love watching any Jason, Freddy, or Michael Meyers (not the new Rob Zombie ones) movies. Even though they are not scary, these are the movies I grew up on.
Even now as I write this post I am watching. Being born the day before Halloween, it has just become a tradition to sit and watch them, even though I have seen them over a thousand times.
So here is my list:
10. Scream 4 - just saw this one and have to be honest left me guessing the whole way.
9. Jason X - love that he gets the upgrade.
8. Fright Night
7. Night of the Living Dead
6. Paranormal Activity - this one my oldest daughter screamed at the very end. Funny stuff. Can't wait to see 3
5. Friday the 13th ( the original or the reboot)
4. Poltergeist - saw this one as a kid and the scene where the guy is tearing off his face gave me nightmares. Stupid but I was only a kid.
3. Nightmare on Elm St.
2. The Exorcist
1. Halloween - this one contains all but the 3rd one has nothing to do with Michael Meyers. Also must admit kind of peeved me that in H20 she never mentions her daughter that was the main character in two (4&5) of the series.

Brain Dip
Ingredients
2 avocados1/2 cup prepared salsa
1 head cauliflower
6 thin slices red and blue fruit leather
Directions
- Slice the avocados in half. Remove the seeds and set aside. Scoop the avocado out of the skin into a bowl. Mash with a fork or whisk and stir in the salsa. Set aside. Slice off one side of each pit to make it flat and expose the cores of the pits. They will look like eyes.
- Remove all of the leaves from the cauliflower and remove the stem, leaving a nice hollow area with the outer part of the head intact. Use toothpicks to hold it together if it starts to fall apart.
- Place the cauliflower into a small bowl, so that the hollow is facing upwards and most of the cauliflower is up out of the bowl. The bowl is just for stability. Fill with the avocado dip and arrange the pits as eyes. Decorate the white ''brain'' by weaving thin strands of red and blue fruit leather between the florets to make veins and arteries. I wrap the bowl with cheesecloth and decorate with red food coloring to make it even more horrific!

Happy Birthday to My Sister, Best Friend, and Partner
Today is this blog partner’s birthday. For some of you that don’t know my partner and I have been friends for over 20 years. I still remember the first birthday party I went to of hers. It was a costume party and we had so much fun. Of course back then we had the world in our palm and our future was wide open. We had no idea the challenges or situations that would face us. While we are still the best of friends, almost sisters I guess you could say, we no longer spend our birthdays together. However, she is in my thoughts today and I know her family will make it a great one. Thank you sister for 20 + years of friendship. I hope your birthday is as wonderful and amazing as you are. I love you.

Bullying
This has been on facebook for a couple of months and I thought it would be perfect here.
So sick of bullying!!!!!!!!!! You're cool , The girl you just called fat?... She is overdosing on diet pills. The girl you just called ugly?... She spends hours putting makeup on hoping people will like her. The boy you just tripped?... He is abused enough at home. See that man with the ugly scars?... He fought for his country. That guy you just made fun of for crying?... His mother is dying.

Happy 2nd Anniversary
In doing this blog I have been true to myself in sharing all the things life seems to deal me as a mother, as a wife, and as a daughter, whether it is good, bad, or indifferent. I have found great joy and healing in sharing all of these things with each of you. So, I want to Thank You all for a great two years. Thank you for allowing me to share my thoughts, even when they don't make sense. Also Thank You for continuing to follow and support us.
A special Thank You to the Lord above for giving me the courage to follow this path he put me on, even when my faith has diminished and I feel like I am not sure I can keep moving. Thank You Lord for walking this path with me and giving me a support system that are willing to ride the ups and downs of my roller coaster. Thank You for just being you and loving me when I am not sure of your love or if I love myself. You are my Savior, Redeemer, Healer, and Hope.
Also a special Thank You to my partner. You knew what my heart wanted and have made it happen. Thank you for allowing me to cry, scream, and laugh when I need to, but yet never judging just gently nudging. Thank You for your absolute and one hundred percent support. I am grateful to God everyday that you are with me every step of the way on this blog and the journey I call my life. I not only call you my friend, but my sister.
One last special Thank You to my husband and daughters for allowing me to share our personal lives. Bubb, you are truly a gift from God, that I will always be eternally thankful for. Lynnae, Bubba, and Moo please just know Mom loves all 3 of you. Thank each of you for continuing to support and encourage me, especially on the days when I can't seem to do these things for myself. Thank You for understanding I am but yet still a work in progress.
Now with all of the mushy stuff out of the way. Let me say , if you think that last two years have been good. You ain't seen nothing yet. So please continue to follow us for what we might have in store for you the next two years.

Internet Meanderings- No Offense Intended
I am sure my comments below are going to offend someone out there but hey my co-blog, my right to say how I feel. I have a blog that I absolutely adore. I got a lot of PSP goodies from her and then I noticed she just stopped posting. So I wrote her and said “Hey, I love your stuff! Why did you stop?” She informed me that no one was commenting or downloading her stuff so why bother? It is funny how her words set off a chain reaction in me. Suddenly I was looking at my other blog, looking at my downloads, my comments, etc. and then I suddenly thought “Why bother?” I stopped blogging for a while and then felt the urge to write a tutorial so I did and then I realized I blogged and did the stuff on my blog because I liked to, not because someone else liked it.
I have been watching blogs for a long time now and I have seen so many popularity contests or someone blogging because they want attention. Is this really the right reason to blog? Are we in high school here? If your blog has 200 followers does that make you popular? Maybe, but does it mean you are better than anyone else, ummm no J Sorry, just the truth.
While thinking about all of this it brought me to one of my favorite blogs, Gigabiting. If you go there you will notice that this blog is well over a year old, the poster(s) post consistently and if you look closely you will notice no comments, not likes and a few tweets/stumbles. . However, there are always new and informative posts which make you ask why? Is anyone reading? Why are they doing it if they are not being recognized? Simple, because they are one of the few bloggers that blog because they want to and not because they want attention or to be popular. To me that is worth more than all the content in the blog. Kudos Gigabiting and kudos to all those little blogs that are loved because the blogger just wants to blog :D

1/2 cup flour
2/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with foil or baking parchment, leaving some to overhang two opposite sides. In a medium saucepan over low heat, heat the chocolate and butter, stirring frequently, until melted and smooth and hot enough that you want to remove your finger quickly after dipping it in to test. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, salt and vanilla with a wooden spoon. Add the cold eggs, 1 at a time, stirring well to incorporate each. Stir in the flour and beat with a wooden spoon or spatula until the batter is smooth and glossy and beginning to come away from the sides of the pan, 1 to 2 minutes. If desired, stir in nuts. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the brownies just begin to pull away from the sides of the pan. The top will look dry, but a toothpick inserted in the center will come out wet with chocolate. Immediately place pan in refrigerator, or place in larger pan filled 3/4-inch deep with ice water. When completely chilled, lift up the ends of the foil or parchment liner and transfer to a cutting board.Cut a coffin-shaped pattern out of parchment or regular paper. When brownies are cool, use the pattern to slice brownies into the shape of a coffin. Decorate with edible white or red dots, available in the baking sections of most grocery stores.Read more: http://www.azcentral.com/style/hfe/food/recipes/articles/best-halloween-recipes.html#ixzz1bnvXLZY3

I’m backkkkkkk!!! :D
Holidays are right around the corner and I think this would make a great gift idea!
As I said before I love travel and I love this girls blog. It is one of the few ( besides PSP blogs ) that I actually religiously read every single week. I love reading about her adventures, looking at the pictures and learning about the different places she visits. If I had her job I would be in heaven!!
Another blog I follow religiously! I love this blog. The vintage feel, the pictures but most of all the information. I always find inspiration from here !

Stop The Bullying!
My name is Bubba. Here is what I have to say about bullying. My opinion is that bullying needs to stop. I am sure that at some point everyone in there life has been bullied by a sister, brother, or someone in school. I am also sure that no one likes the way that it makes them feel inside. Bullying is one of the reasons so many teenagers and adults are killing themselves, because they cant take it anymore. All the pain just builds up inside and they just have to do something to release it. Only because every day they say "I really just don't want to go through this again today.
They go to school, just wanting at least one friend but then they all just turn on them. It really kills a person inside to think that no one likes them. So I am sure everyone will agree with me when I say this: BULLYING NEEDS TO STOP!

Struggles
If only life was easy. I understand that challenges are what make us who we are, yet I still wish things did not always need to be so difficult.
I want to not feel like I am drowning all the time. I have wondered often Lord, is my turn coming or when do I at least get a small reprieve.
For now though oh Heavenly Father, I will just try and be patient and take great delight in all the miracles you place before me THIS day.

Bobbie's Internet Meanderings- 10-21-11
I love reading reviews and I will be honest, a review has made or broke a sale with me. All my computers have been bought based on reviews. I will not read a book if it has received a lot of bad reviews. Also, reviews help a lot when we are out of town and looking for a place to eat. I also like to write them. One site I go to all the time for reviews is called Yelp. It is a review site that is made up of regular people that tell you what they think and I like that!
I love this forum J I get a lot of neat ideas from it and if you are a crafter you will love it too!
I love letters and this site lets you peek at them. It is so interesting to read some of them, especially the vintage ones. If you want to read something tragic and inspiring read the one entitled “ We were both asleep when the boat hit” It is just amazing.

Me
I am like everyone else on this planet that has looked at themselves and wished they were different.
I like most have had self-image issues from the time I started middle school. I was always a little heavier or always a little shorter that the other girls. I was never as pretty as the girl that sat beside me in class, but I was usually smarter. All these things followed me into high school. High school only caused my self-image issues to be worse because I was tormented on a daily basis by what we would deem the popular crowd. They only helped to reinforce the fact that I was not good enough. The only thing that got me through was that I was smart and that my mother would always tell me "Beauty is what is on the inside not the out. I have to be honest at that very moment in time I can tell you I thought "Man there are an awful lot of ugly people in this world.
Yet, since my school years I have not grown an inch, but having children was a blessing to the rest of my body. I have slimmed down considerably since those days. I still don't see myself as a beautiful person, even though my husband tells me every day how beautiful I am. To me I will always be an average plain jane. I can tell you though that I am learning to feel comfortable in my own skin. For me it has been and will always be a daily struggle to love myself the way that God made me. It's just as I have gotten older I am no longer consumed with body weight. I know look and see how the aging process is taking it's turn. Not even 36 and yet I have a head full of gray hairs. Or the crows feet that have gathered around the corners of my eyes(I really need to invest in some good moisture's I suppose) and the deep frow lines that are at the beginning of my eyebrows ( which is just another reason beside the pain I hate getting my eyebrows done).
Anyway, I can say that I am truly beginning to learn to love myself. The old adage " Beauty is only skin deep" is true but only applies to the outside beauty. Because at some point in our lives the wrinkles totally take over all of outside beauty and I mean all of it. So focus less on whats on the outside and more of whats on the inside because that is the beauty that really counts, and that is the beauty of the heart.

The Choice By Nicholas Sparks

This is about one man's courage and faith to believe that the love he and his wife share will get them through anything.
Travis has everything or at least he thought he did, until he meet his next door neighbor. Love soon blossoms and this is the story of their love, marriage, and family. It is also the story of the tragedy that makes them choose how far they will go for love.

God is Almighty Isaiah 40:15-25
15 Behold, the nations are as a drop of a bucket, and are counted as the small dust of the balance: behold, he taketh up the isles as a very little thing.
16 And Lebanon is not sufficient to burn, nor the beasts thereof sufficient for a burnt offering.
17 All the nations before him are as nothing; and they are counted to him less than nothing, and vanity.
18 To whom then will ye liken God? or what likeness will ye compare unto him?
19 The workman melteth a graven image, and the goldsmith spreatheth it over the gold, and casteth silver chains.
20 He that is so impoverished that he hath no oblation chooseth a tree that will not rot; he seeketh unto him a cunning workman to prepare a graven image, that shall not be moved.
21 Have ye not known? have ye not heard? hath it not been told you from the beginning? have ye not understood from the foundations of the earth?
22 It is he that sitteth upon the circle of earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:
23 That bringeth the princes to nothing; he maketh the judges of the earth as vanity.
24 Yea, they shall not be planted; yea, they shall not be sown: yea, their stock shall not take root in the earth: and he shall also blow upon them, and they wither, and the whirlwind shall take them away as stubble.
25 To whom then will ye liken me or shall I be equal? saith the Holy One.

Raising Children Can Be Painful!
Even though we can find great joy in raising our children, we can also find some of our greatest sources of pain and sadness in it to.
As I write this questions(yes, I said questions) swirl around in my mind. I have asked myself many times over the last month: Does my child have a conscience?, Why does my child not care about the pain they have inflicted?, and Where has my child gone? because I do not know this person who stands before me. I knew my child was selfish and self-centered before all of this but NOT to this extent. Now you all say, well they are only children but this is a child who is now on the cusp of becoming an adult.
I have taught each of my children morals and ethics but suddenly they are all thrown out the window when they believe that they have found the ONE. They suddenly become willing to do things that you would have never in a million years thought them capable of. Yet still another questions plague me. What do you do when their sense of love has become so warped they are willing to believe the lies that are told them, the lies they tell, give up their families, and lose their own identities?
As a mother and a person on the outside looking in, I can say that this is not a good relationship, but again I can only say this to my child. They have learned to see and hear only what they want and they become totally selfish and transfixed on how to get it. Your thoughts and feelings are no longer a concern to them. They do not care about the consequences or again the pain that has been inflicted to the ones they love or the pain that even now they still continue to inflict. It is only about them and the ONE.
Again even right this very moment in time, it is not about what is right or wrong or about how do I fix the damage I have done to my family. It is still about the ONE. Nothing more , Nothing less. And of course as always it is our fault. Now I must say this when my child took things to the extreme a deal was made that each of them would go back to school and get their heads on straight. My husband is a man of his word and would have let them see each other, whether we like the ONE or not. Now with the exception of getting the head straight thing our child went back to school. The ONE well he has continued to lie and renege on it's side of the bargain. So the ONE and our child resorted to what they have been doing since the beginning, they snuck to see each other. The only thing being is that all of my friends saw them. Then the lies all followed. Yet it was still our fault. So can some one please explain that one to me. We did and would have done what we said we would do, but how is it our fault that they went against what they both made promises to. Some of you will say "Well you should just let them see each other." The only thing with that is how do you give them what they want without suffering any consequences for the decisions that they made. Life is full of actions and reactions. They seem to assume that when you grow up and move out on your own you don't answer to any but yourself and that you don't have rules to live by. Well I am here to say WRONG Again!
Also at this very moment it is not about how do I make something of myself after school is over or what do I want out of my life? It is about I am just going to QUIT because I still am not getting what I want. Never once in all of this has my child said first I am so sorry that I hurt my family. It is and apparently always now will be I hate I can't see the ONE and I hate that now I have no rights where the ONE is concerned. The tears that my child has shed have never once been for her family or what has been broken, but they have been for the ONE only. Never once has my child said I am truly sorry for what I have done and will try harder to fix this and do what is right. It is about the ONE.
I feel like I have talked all I can, yet I know giving up is not the answer either. But as parents what are we left to do when nothing seems to work or change their minds. More questions now arise. How do I fight for someones future when they don't want you to fight? How do you make them want more for themselves when they don't want more for themselves? How do you try to make them see the truth when they already know that lies have been told. So what are we left to do when they no longer seem to exist, only this person? Honestly I do not have any answers to these questions. But it breaks my heart knowing that my child is truly lost in this other person and there honestly may be no way of ever saving her. Her thoughts and feelings only hinge on him and for him.
I also want you to understand have written this for many reasons. One being maybe just maybe someone out their can offer me some kind of advice. The other is to help those of you who are raising children. So that maybe you are better prepared. I want you to know that I have learned that NO matter how much you love your children unconditionally they will at some point put conditions on their love for you. Also PLEASE know that it does not matter how you raised them they get to a point in life where no matter what you say or do they are going to do what they want to do. Lastly , so that maybe I can begin to heal.
As for right now though, so much damage has been done that I am not sure that things can ever be repaired. For me though at this very moment I am still willing to fight this battle and I will do it the same way I always have, on my knees. Seeking guidance and strength to endure this battle that I may or may not win. Asking for help so that my family still comes out of this as a family. Not broken and pieces missing. I will continue to talk and never give up on trying to find what once was my child. I will also continue to hope that my God will help my child to see what they are doing and help show them how to change it's ways and it's heart.

This will be a daily or every other day meme where I will post things I found interesting throughout my day! You may find some interesting things also. So check back each day to see what I have for you and the best way to do that is follow us:) Please keep in mind each one will be a day behind ^^
It is fall! One of the things I love about fall is Apple Butter. For some reason it just tastes better in the fall even though I eat it year round. My mom makes it homemade on the stove but I prefer making it in the slow cooker like my Grandmother did. This is a super easy recipe I found that doesn’t take a lot of work. You can put it on and go! It takes 12 hours which seems like a long time but the wait is worth it! Also, try it with the Cranberries at least once, yum!

I love to read and have a book blog where I review books. When I find a new book for my TBR (to be read) pile I always checks Good Reads for reviews. I go there most of the time instead of Amazon because a lot of Amazon reviewers are endorsed for their reviews. At Good Reads they are people like me, just sharing the love or hate for a book. Plus you can save your books so you will always have a handy reference. No more of “What was that books name again? Where did I put that slip of paper with that book title?”
http://www.goodreads.com/
We eat out a lot so I am always looking for a coupon. To be honest sometimes where we eat depends on whether I have a coupon or not. Also, I am a coupon hunter and will trade fast food and restaurant coupons with others. I hate Burger King but a friend of my daughters loves Burger King so I and her mom exchange coupons. She gives me Mickey D’s for my Burger King. I also look here a lot for coupons. The selection isn’t great but I have gotten some really good ones. Especially when we are taking a road trip and there is different selections of fast food.

It does get better! I promise!
Wolf Girl here!
I am here to talk about bullying. Bullying is a serious matter and needs to be stopped. There are different types of bullying. Cyber bullying, where you use the internet to harass someone, and physical bullying where you mentally or physically abuse someone.
When you are bullied you may feel worthless or stupid. You may feel hated, ugly, or other types of emotions. The best thing you can do is not give into those emotions. Just ignore them and if it keeps happening tell someone! Your parents, your teacher, a counselor or anyone you trust! Stand up for yourself and do not tolerate it! I have been bullied all my life. I was very upset and depressed because I felt like there was no reason to go on with my life. Sometimes I wanted to take a gun and end my life just to escape the torture I went through every day. Then in 7th grade my friend K, went to the counselor and told her how I was feeling. She got me help and I realized that there really was someone out there that cared about me!
I got the help I needed and got better. Remember one thing, you are never alone. Someone really does love you; there are people in your life that love you. Don’t listen to the bullies! They are just haters that are jealous of everyone around them! Please stay strong because I care for you and there are people in your life that care for you. It will get better, I am proof of that! I promise and Wolf Girl always keeps her promises! This is just a blip in your life. Like my mom says “In 10 years none of the kids you go to school with will even matter. The bullies won’t matter because you will have moved on.” So keep that in mind because you have your whole life ahead of you! Live it for you and forget about what everyone says!
Peace,
Wolf Girl

Footprints In The Sand
You promised me, Lord that if I followed You,
You would walk with me always.
But I have noticed that during
the most trying periods of my life
there has only been one set of footprints in the sand.
Why, when I needed You most,
have You not been there for me?
The Lord replied, "The years when you have seen
Only one set of footprints, My child, is when I carried you."

God Is All Knowing Isaiah 40:13-14
13 Who hath directed the spirit of the Lord, or being his counsellor hath taught him?
14 With whom took counsel, and who instructed him, and taught him the path of judgment, and taught him knowledge, and shewed to him the way of understanding?

Questions Again! Really
I wrote a post once labeled Questions once. Someone came with a reply that went something like this:
"I've been in this situation many times before. But what I learned after the experience is that it is really tiring to question every bad things that's been happening. Honestly, my only advise for you is just to stop with the questions. Things happens for a good reason, you may not see it now but one day you'll appreciate the hardships you've been through." At the time I honestly could say that she didn't know me or me situation, but today I can say "Thank You."
It was some of the best advice that she could have given me at the time.
Questions to God usually arise when things are at their worst in your life. And as I admitted in an earlier post I asked( and yes, sometimes still do) God where are you at. What I have realized is that the presence of hardship does not mean that God is absent. God is still very much there. He isn't hiding. He wants us to feel his presence and his love, but what happens is we assume he isn't there and we become blind to him. But if we take God at his word we will see him in everything and everywhere. Then his presence makes all of those problems seem SMALL!

Not Alone
It's funny how I think things are going to settle down in my life. They are gonna be good and I am going to see all of God's blessings rain down on me, then the devil kicks me straight in the teeth. When you think you can't hurt more than the last time you find you were WRONG.
Why does he do this? Because the devil knows you are in reach of your victory. It is right there on the horizon and once you reach it you are out of his control. With all the heartache I have gone through the last two years, it wasn't until this last bout That I truly and utterly wondered " Where is my God?". Just when I was about to give up a little voice inside me said "Do not turn away that is what the devil wants." So no matter how bad I hurt each day I have proclaimed out loud to myself and to others "I will not turn my back on my Lord". I will remain faithful unto him because I know he is there. It is always darkest just before the dawn and he will bring me back into the light. He is waging this war beside me. I am not alone.
So even though you may feel defeated, you are not. Right now there is only one set of footprints in the sand and they belong to him because he is carrying you. You can do all things through Christ who will strengthen you.

Friends and Kids

Most all of us have friends and kids. So these two craft are designed just for them. You have a crayon roll for all the crayons that just lay around the house, children's bedroom, or even the classroom. This will allow you to place all of your crayons in a very pretty display. Then you have what the call the Survival Kit-Friendship. You gather bags of items and add little sayings to let your friend know just how much they mean to you. Each of these patterns can be found at www.craftbits.com.

The Eye
As I look in the mirror
I'm not sure I care for what I see.
My eyes they tell a story
They are the window to my soul.
My face it shows the wear of the burdens I have had to bear.
I realize in just one moment that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
My beholder, God made me to his perfection, not the world's.

Better Than Sex Cake

This is a very tasteful and easy recipe. I do not like nuts, so I always leave those out though.
Directions:
Bake 1 yellow cake mix. Take 1 large can crushed pineapple and 1 cup of sugar, cook until thick. Put on cake. Fix 1 large box vanilla instant pudding and spread on cake, top with 1 large Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut. Garnish with maraschino cherries.

Who the Hell am I?
I guess you may be wondering why I put this introduction in the Love Thyself area. I guess it is because I am still working on Loving myself. Also, I have changed a lot since I did my first introduction on here. So who am I? A better question is am I someone you want to get to know? I am not sure, I think in some ways I am like an aged cheese. You have to acquire a taste for me.
I am not the one that will go around thanking god a lot. I think that is one of the reasons I admire my partner so much. She has no problem placing god in everything. I love God. He is good and I pray, thank him and tell others what he has done for me. However, I am more the type that would tell you I have a girl crush then what scripture I read that morning. Yes, I have girl crushes, shocking uh? Don’t believe me check out my latest recipe post because I have a huge one on Rachael Ray. That girl could cook for me any day. Also, I have one on Adele. She could sing to me anytime and I would listen for hours admiring her beautiful voice. Notice that both my girl crushes do not center around sex. That is because we are women. Girl crushes do not equal sex because we are emotional beings. My girl crushes are more of how a girl makes me feel. However, sometimes when I see a picture of Megan Fox the emotional bit goes out the window, hahaha: D Just kidding! Of course it is not just girl crushes. I am in love with Johnny Depp and know one day we will get married. Oh and definitely Alex Laughlin, LOVE HIM!
I have issues, like so many that you need to buy a subscription to keep up with them. Am I psych ward certifiable yet? Nah, but give me 10 years I am still working on it. I hate food and love it. I hate people but love them. I wish I could erase about 10 years of my life and start over. I hate being single and when I see happily married people I want to run away because I get sad. I hate me one day, love me the next. I hate being fat but don’t want to give up food to lose weight and then I ride the merry go round of hating and loving food again. I love clothes but hate the way they make me feel. About the only clothing fetishes I can have is handbags and shoes because I can always find one in my size. Some days I hate being a mother, other days I think it is the best thing since Megan Fox. So in all honesty I am like the 85% of the rest of the women population ( except for the Megan Fox thing, I think that is like 30% or something) I am a woman that is complex, hateful, bitchy, sweet, loving, forgiving ( sometimes) loves me, hates me, loyal, emotional and everything in between. Is there any woman out there that does not feel like that at least once in their life?
You have to watch me for adult language. Yes, I will drop an F-bomb on here every once in a while. No, I do not apologize for it, we are all adults. I look at half naked women most of the day for my job and shock, sometimes they are fully naked. Am I ashamed? Hell no. It puts food on my table and gives me a sense of accomplishment. One of my best friends is an Erotic artist and sometimes the stuff she paints would make anyone blush. I told someone at my daughter’s school what I did for a living and she looked like she wanted to run away and take her kid with her. Why? I mean it is a body; it is not me running around killing someone. Guess what, you are naked every time you shower. We all have the same parts they just look different. I told another lady and she said “Oh you are gay.” O_O Seriously? Come tell me when you see the logic in that comment. I don’t deny my girl crushes but I am not gay, though sometimes I think it would make life easier. Maybe bi? Who knows and who cares? It’s me and it’s who am I am. I make no excuses for that.
I am also an emotional human being. I cry sometimes just because I can’t deal with things. I get mad, I get upset, I get hurt, and I get full on bitch mode sometimes. You may see very emotional posts from me sometimes when I am having a bad day. In fact so emotional it may cause you to run back to this one so you can get back on even ground and think “Yes, she is not like that all the time. This is Bobbie, this is who she is.” My partner says this blog is my diary, write what I feel. I wonder if that includes times I want to go in somewhere and attack? I guess not. Maybe giving up my plans for ridding the world of anyone that loves Justin Bieber is not a good idea? Probably not, the little beliebers may tie me up and take my crayons. Just kidding :D My girls love Justin and I think the youngest is seriously planning on making him my son-in-law. I will be leaving the country then. I will probably travel to Canada where it is suddenly Bieber free. Anyway, I digress. I often wonder if I could write a serious post? I am more of the humor infused while I am kicking emotions ass kind of person. Kind of like this post? You find me humorous right? Of course you do! O.o Anyway, I will try to bring more emotion to the blog and do it in a way that won’t disturb anyone.
Well that’s me, I think. I will let you know tomorrow when I look at this post and think ” what the hell is that mess?” If the post suddenly disappears you will know it because I decided this isn’t me, it is just an imposter that stole my computer and wrote all this :D

Cheddar Crusted Chicken with Smooshy Applesauce
I admit it I have a girl crush on Rachael Ray! If I could make her come live with me and cook for me all the time I would. She just seems so fun and her recipes are just amazing! I love being able to cook a complete meal in 30 minutes with a few ingredients. Do you love Rachael Ray? What is one of your favorite recipes by her?
Cheddar Crusted Chicken with Smooshy Applesauce
Ingredients
5 McIntosh apples, peeled, quartered, cored and chopped
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1 cup apple cider (eyeball it)
3 rounded tablespoons brown sugar
1 1-inch piece of fresh ginger root, peeled
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (8 ounces each)
1 cup salted mini pretzels
1 cup plain breadcrumbs
1 cup shredded or crumbled sharp cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg (eyeball it)
Freshly ground pepper
1 large egg
All-purpose flour, for dredging
Vegetable oil, for frying
Salt, to taste
Serves 4
Preparation
Pre-heat a medium size saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the apples, lemon juice, cider, brown sugar, ginger and cinnamon and stir. Cook, stirring frequently, until mushy, about 15 minutes. Remove the ginger.
While the applesauce is cooking, sprinkle a little water into each of four quart-size plastic storage bags. Place one chicken breast in each bag, push out the excess air and seal it up. Using a heavy-bottomed pot, pound each breast until evenly thin, just shy of busting out of the bag.
Place the pretzels, breadcrumbs, cheese, thyme, nutmeg and pepper in a food processor and pulse to grind until they’re the consistency of breadcrumbs. Transfer the ground pretzels and cheese to a shallow dish.
Crack the egg into a second shallow dish and lightly beat with a splash of water. Place some flour in a third dish. Coat the chicken first in flour, then egg and finally in cheese and pretzel crumbs.
In a large skillet, heat 1/4 inch of oil over medium-high heat and add the coated chicken breasts. Cook in a single layer, 3-4 minutes on each side, until the juices run clear and the breading is evenly browned. Cut off a piece of a cutlet and taste, to see if you want to salt them a little. Serve the chicken with the applesauce

Willing Myself
Sometimes I truly wonder where I get the will to keep moving each day. I know that it is only by the grace of God ,who allows me to keep fighting what seems and feels like a losing battle. I am yours Lord. You have answered many of my prayers and I know you will continue to answer them. I also know that YOU know what I need and I will continue to just have faith that you will provide it for me.
